Let us take this opportunity to introduce you to our Summer Gymnastics Enrichment Camps. We are looking forward to training you this summer in a sport that we love. Our goal is to make you a better gymnast. Camp is not only hard work but fun as well.

A Typical Day

School age campers arrive promptly at 12:00 p.m. in your workout clothes. After lunch the campers need to be ready to hit the gym. Your gymnastics day starts with a good warm-up followed by skill appropriate rotations-learning each step of the way under the guidance of G.K.'s Head Coach, Gene Koehnke and his veteran camp staff. Campers will be ready to call it a day at 3:30 anxious to return the next day for more fun and excitement.

Pre school age campers will participate in their age appropriate activities from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00. The activities for the 3-5 year old preschool campers will include: gymnastics, ball sports, crafts and story time. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce this age group to the whole "camp environment" of the "big kids" in a very nurturing setting.

Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!

The Fun is in the Learning and Mastering of skills. However, take a break and balance out the camp with a game each morning and a game each afternoon that will be sure to unwind and rejuvenate the gymnast.
